APPLYING FOR A CYPRIOT MORTGAGE
Applying for a Cypriot Mortgage is relatively straight forwards, although it is best if you have all the required documentation before you meet with the Bank representative. Ensuring you have all the necessary paperwork will prevent any unnecessary delays.

Your Passport or Passports will be required when you apply for a Mortgage, normally the page containing the pictures is photocopied. |

Personal details will be needed as well as details of your employment, the length of service with your employer and possibly your contract of employment. |

A statement of all of your Debt will be required.
The last three months bank statements or copies. A Reference letter from your bank. Completion of the attached declaration of income. If Employed Last three pay slips and last three P60's If Self Employed Last three years tax returns Original headed letter from your accountant to certify your last three years earnings.
